Our work with young people is a major part of what we do. We want to help everyone access culture and support the next generation of Island artists. If your aged between 14-25 and looking for help starting out check out Brave Island, created by the Ventnor Exchange to provide opportunities, funding, experiences, training and career development for young people in the arts and creative industries.

Creative’s Night
A monthly social for creatives of all kinds. Make new friends and find new collaborators. This is an informal gathering where all are welcome, and we encourage everyone to talk to new people.
Open Auditions
Open Auditions are our way of broadening our horizons when it comes to casting, and getting to meet actors we might not otherwise get to know. We’re not always casting for anything specific – it’s just a chance for us to meet you, and for you to meet us. We keep everyone’s details on file, and we look back on our notes on Open Auditions every time we cast a new show. We’ll also often invite other Casting Directors or Producers along, so there is an opportunities to be seen by other professional companies.
