Event Details
Groups of local school children, scouts and young carers have been learning about the history of the mills around Newport. They have created large art works as a response to what they have learned, including a multi-medium collage, a working model and large scale map.
The work sits alongside an exhibition telling the history of milling in Newport, so you can learn more about the heritage on your doorstep. The exhibition is part of the Renew Newport heritage project.
