Come celebrate with us at the Ventnor Exchange, an exhibition by the students of the Island Free School. Students have been working with artist in residence Teresa Grimaldi to make imaginary biosphere beasties.
Teresa explained ‘The work in progress is an exciting exhibition of the students’ amazing creativity on their journey to presenting work to thousands of people at the Ventnor Fringe festival.’
The exhibition will be running for three weeks from 19th May to 8th June and is free entry. The creation of these imagined creatures are in celebration of the Isle of Wight becoming a UNESCO biosphere reserve. Year 10 student Vinny said ‘I am very excited to see the work that my fellow students have created.’
