Whether you’re an adult with a diagnosis or have a loved one with ASD, our group is all about sharing experiences, learning from each other, and growing together in a kind and supportive space, respecting everyone’s uniqueness.

Every meet-up gives us a chance to keep talking, listen, and build a safe space to support one another. We’ll also chat about the challenges around identity for autistic people, how others’ perceptions can shape how we see ourselves, and how having an autism diagnosis can affect that view.
